Tina N. Williams, Owner and Principal Consultant at Exceptional Training Solutions LLC, has over 15 years of experience in learning and performance. Prior to starting her own company, she spent years creating and teaching a wide variety of courses for several government and private sector clients. She has also managed training projects from inception to completion.

Tina holds the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation from the Association of Talent Development (ATD). She also has a B.A. degree from Howard University and a M.A. from Ohio University.
